Hello, My name is Lou Guida, I am a real estate agent for Ben Bay Realty Company. Personally, I consider myself as a "Valuable Real Estate Advisor" rather than a real estate agent. The way I approach my practice is by putting myself in the shoes of my clients and investing my time to understand both their story and what their goals are. By doing this I stand by my performance providing them with realistic statistics and analysis – no fluff and no catches. I base my business on loyalty, integrity and honesty.
